At ProSun, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and parts. If a part covered under warranty needs replacement, our goal is to make the process fast and simple.
To ensure parts are properly returned and evaluated, a small refundable deposit is required before we ship your replacement part. Once the original part is returned using the prepaid label included in your package, the deposit is automatically refunded.
This helps us:
– Verify authorization for the replacement part, and
– Keep warranty claims moving quickly so you experience minimal downtime.
When Deposits Are Not Required
We do not require a deposit when:
– The replacement involves low-value or non-returnable items,
– A part was missing from your original shipment, or
– The issue is part of a shipping damage claim, which follows a separate process.
For Lamp Warranties
If your warranty claim involves lamps, please include a photo of the lamp label and batch code to confirm manufacturing details.

Product Returns
- Returns for Non-Warranty Parts

If you purchased a part in error, no longer need it, or it was incorrectly ordered, please review the following guidelines:
Eligibility
– Parts must be unused and returned in original packaging.
– Special-order items and parts for discontinued equipment are non-returnable.
– Non-ProSun components (e.g., buck-boosters, timers, lotions) may require supplier authorization.
Timeframe
– Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
1. Contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Service Ticket Number before returning any part.
2. Include this number inside the package for proper tracking.
Refunds & Fees
– Returns for unwanted or incorrectly ordered parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– Refunds are processed within 10β15 business days after inspection. - Warranty Part Return Policy

If your return is related to a defective part under warranty, a different process applies to ensure we can evaluate and process your claim quickly.
Eligibility
– A Service Ticket must be created to troubleshoot and confirm that the part qualifies for warranty replacement.
Return Process
– Once approved, youβll complete a brief Warranty Parts Authorization Form (includes a small refundable deposit).
– A prepaid return label will be provided for your convenience.
– Keep your replacement partβs packaging to use when sending the original part back.
Timeframe
– Warranty parts must be returned within 10 business days after the resolution of the service ticket via use of the included return label.
Refunds & Charges
– Your deposit is fully refunded when the original part is returned using the provided label.
– If the part is not returned within 10 business days, ProSun reserves the right to charge the replacement cost of the part.
