✔ Have Basic Tools Ready – In some cases, troubleshooting may require a quick look inside your unit. We recommend having a T-Handle or a standard Phillips head screwdriver on hand. Most basic troubleshooting won’t require tools, but being prepared can help avoid delays or additional calls.
✔ Provide Your Equipment’s Serial Number – If you didn’t enter this at the time of booking, please have it ready to share with our technician during your call.
