Our Shipping Damage Policy

βœ” Inspect Upon Delivery –You need to check your shipment at the time of delivery. For Freight carrier deliveries you have the right to notate damage on the delivery receipt, even though you may need to explain that to the driver.
βœ” Notate Damage on Delivery Receipt – If damage is visble, always write “Damaged” on the delivery receipt before signing for acceptance of your shipment.
βœ” Concealed Damage – If damage is discovered after delivery, it must be reported to ProSun within 3 business days using the form linked in the button above.
βœ” Photos Required – Clear photos of packaging, shipping label, and damaged product are required to process a claim.
βœ” Keep Packaging – Please retain all original packaging materials until the claim has been processed, and you’ve gotten the go ahead to dispose of packaging and/or parts from ProSun.
