BILLING:
You are charged on the 1st of each month.

SCHEDULED SERVICE:
A set monthly visit is scheduled when our technician is in your area.

PRE-VISIT CHECK-IN (3 WEEKS PRIOR):
We’ll contact you to:
– Process Devoted Creations Lotions, Lamps, Acrylic, and other Parts Orders.
– Address and equipment issues so that your technician arrives prepared.
– Discuss marketing kit options tailored to your business.

SHIPPING (1 WEEK PRIOR):
All necessary items are shipped to your technician.

FINAL CONFIRMATION:
We’ll check in to ensure you have everything you need.

1 Each monthly technician Visit includes 15 minutes of diagnostic time per covered unit; extra time is billed at your contract’s labor rate.
2 You receive a 10% discount off MSRP or the lowest quoted price, whichever is lower.
3 Free delivery applies only to orders placed at least 3 weeks before your scheduled visit, allowing time to source items and ship them with the technician’s weekly route.
