T-Max Compatible : The ProSun V3 comes with the option of connecting your external timer system at your business or being integrated into the unit itself, allowing total control of maximum exposure times for your clients.

Maintenance

ProSun V3 Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity of your equipment and that your units are operating at their full potential. Keeping a regular maintenance schedule will maintain the high quality of your equipment and ensure your clients are having the best experience possible.

After Each Session:
Clean bench and canopy acrylics
Inspect facial glass (if applicable)
Ensure click strip is firmly in place
Clean and sanitize bed exterior using manufacturer approved cleaning solutions only. (Never use ammonia or bleach based cleaning solutions).

Daily:
Inspect acrylic for cracks, wear, or hazing

Weekly:
Check voltage being supplied to bed to ensure it conforms with manufacturer’s guidelines
Inspect vent hoses for optimum ventilation
Clean all reflectors

Monthly:
Remove and clean the inside of both canopy and bench acrylic sheets
Dust the lamps
Wipe and vacuum fans, vents and vent hoses
Adjust shock tension (if needed)
Check combi set bolts for proper tightness
Check power cord and bench-to-canopy connector for tightness, wear, etc

How do I replace the lamps in my V3?: Tanning bed lamps on the ProSun V3 can be easily changed out with these simple steps, we recommend wearing gloves during this process. Lift up the click strip running horizontally across the long side of the acrylics and carefully remove the acrylic. With soft gloves turn the lamp, listen for the two clicks, or until the lamp can be easily removed from the lamp holder. Once the lamps are removed place the new lamps back into the lamp holder and turn the lamps, listening for two clicks, and ensure they are correctly in place. Always make sure labels are facing out so you can read them, and dispose of the removed lamps per your local city guidelines. Contact ProSun if you need further instructions or if you need to purchase your replacement lamps.

What amperage does the V3 use?: The ProSun V3 runs off of a 40 amp breaker, making it extremely energy efficient for a stand-up tanning booth. The unit runs off of 220v and has 160w extra long tanning lamps. ProSun always recommends the use of a buckbooster to regulate the voltage to be at the required readings. Contact ProSun for further information.
