908 Group is based in Ybor City, FL, though our projects are nationwide (Current project locations: Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, Austin, Florida). 908 Group is always looking for new opportunities to develop in new locations.

Q: When did you decide to include tanning?
As a luxury student housing developer, we’re always looking for new amenities for our tenants to enjoy. Tanning beds/booths are an amenity that is highly used, so we do our best to include this in our projects.

Q: How did you find out about ProSun beds?

Q: What appealed to you most about our products?
As I started researching for tanning equipment manufacturers, I ran into ProSun’s information online and decided to call. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kaitlyn Grady, where she then offered me to tour the warehouse to check out the products available. The one-on-one interaction and highly responsive aspect that ProSun offers was definitely what kept us interested and our work relationship going.

Q: What specific features do they/their renters like most about our equipment
The equipment themselves are aesthetically pleasing and extremely easy to use. It is also easy to clean and maintain sanitized.

Q: How has our equipment benefitted the complex?
The tanning equipment is a free amenity that we provide to all our residents. In many markets, tanning equipment is an amenity that possible tenants look for when deciding where to sign a lease.

Q: Were there any obstacles or concerns they had prior to purchasing our equipment?
As long as there’s adequate coordination for the electrical aspects of the tanning equipment, the entire purchasing and installation process goes smooth every time.

Q: Would they recommend our products and services to other businesses?
Most definitely, we are a huge fan on the products ProSun provides.

Q: Did you encounter any issues during the order or delivery of your equipment?
No issues, the installers were very helpful and knowledgeable on the tanning equipment.

Q: Where do they locate the equipment, club house, fitness center?
The tanning equipment is located inside the fitness room which is located in the clubhouse of our projects.

Q: How do residents get access to the beds?
In order for the residents to get access to the tanning equipment, they simply have to sign in with the leasing manager at the front desk. This is for liability and safety reasons.
